We value craftsmanship and customer service, and only ship products that are of the highest quality. Once a deposit is placed on a custom order, the item is non-refundable. While we have a no return policy, if there is an issue involving the craftsmanship of the item, we would be happy to fix it at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product.
